BWBRS Policies

BWBRS Manual for Program Directors

AmeriCorps Program Directors will need to set-up your members in BWBRS, including service site and position description, so that members are ready to log hours as soon as they are enrolled in AmeriCorps by CNVS AEAP. Setting up your members in BWBRS will become part of the enrollment process.

PROGRAM ACCESS

CNVS will create your account in BWBRS, giving you staff acess to your program. The email submitted in the AEAP Application will be the email your will need to use to login. You will receive email confirmation of your access along with your password.

If you would like to add one additional staff to the account, please email CNVS AEAP staff.

Verifying your Account

Once you are logged in, notice the address in the browser will include your program name:

" http://programname.bwbrs3.org/admin_americorps.taf "

You will only be able to see information for your program.

System Terms

BWBRS is being customized for use by CNVS AEAP. We have requested a change in certain terms used throughout the system which do not fit with our program design. The following is a list of terms that may or may not be changed as of yet.

M/PD View, Edit. This will be noted in materials to inform you if a section can be viewed and/or edited by the Member (M) and/or Program Director (PD).

15 Day Calendar Deadline! Set-up for member profiles must be completed no later than 15 calendar days from the member's AmeriCorps enrollment date.
